A Naturopath's Guide to Deep Blissful Sleep

A good nights sleep is essential for a long and healthy life as studies now show that poor

quality sleep leads to conditions such as cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance,

increases our susceptibility to infections and Alzheimer’s disease. Research has also

documented that modern society and lifestyle habits are major contributing factors

hindering our ability in attaining a quality nights rest. Dr. Rabb of Wild Oak Medicine

will be giving a lecture along with an interactive workshop that addresses these elements

and will then discuss and demonstrate what actions can be done to remove and minimize

the impact of these influences. Participants will also be making safe and effective

therapeutic herbal medicines to be taken home that when used correctly and regularly can

have powerful effects on our nervous system helping facilitate the restorative and

regenerative night sleep we all yearn for. A fee of 25$ is being asked for attending this
